Hello! My name is Marcy Bradford, and I am so excited to introduce my homemade olive oil (Original “Erl”) to you. I was born and raised right here in Birmingham, AL and am proud to call the Magic City my home.
I am the mother of three wonderful children—Kennan, Bradford, and Wade—who, as of last year, are either off to college or living across the country. So I decided to take on a new career because life is too short not to do what you love.
For years, I have been preparing my infused olive oil—a delicious blend of parsley, basil, a mix of special spices, and more—for friends and family. Now that family is off living life, I have a few extra bottles to spare with your name on them. I appreciate your support in this new adventure, and I hope you enjoy my Original “Erl”! God Bless!
The “Erl” Story
When my children were little, my family would visit a wonderful, local pizza restaurant in Florida, and I fell in love with their olive oil. It was delicious—infused in old wine bottles left by their favorite customers. They would pour it for us to dip our bread and pizza.
One time, our waiter, Erl, gifted me a bottle, and I have been making infused olive oil for my family and friends ever since—perfecting my own recipe inspired by Erl’s. My Original “Erl” comes with a story of family, love, laughter, and friendship that I hope to share with you.
